pARTy Information

Seaborn Art Studio is honoured to celebrate with you and help create colourful memories.  pARTies are creatively designed in a way to enrich all levels of experience, including no experience! A unique and fun step by step process was created especially for this reason. This allows anyone (even those with not a creative bone in their body) to connect with their inner artist while they enjoy your super rad pARTy. Regardless the level of experience of guests, all paintings can be completed in the assigned time frame. Should guests require more than 30 minutes additional time outside of their reserved time, additional fees will be applied to the final pARTy cost. pARTies may want to book additional creating time for their guests. Please talk to the studio about additional time fees.

pARTy Bookings

Booking a pARTy with Seaborn Art Studio is as easy. Just contact the studio via email, direct message on the official Seaborn Art Studio Facebook page, or through the website pARTy booking form. If the date is available secure it with a non refundable deposit and get ready to create colourful memories! Dates fill up quickly so be sure to book your event as early as possible. It is recommended that you book a minimum 3  weeks prior to your event. For events with guests of 40 or more please book a minimum 4-6 weeks prior to your desired date. Specialized events may require more notice so please contact the studio ASAP. For events open to the public a minimum of 2 weeks is required to book. It is recommended public events book a minimum 3 weeks in advance to help increase ticket sales.  A date can be held for 72hrs, at which time a deposit is required to secure. If the deposit is not paid, the date will be available for others.The sample gallery has oodles of options to choose from. Custom paintings are available for an additional fee of $40.00 if time allows. Custom art will be reserved for the booked event, at which point the sample may then be added to the public gallery for selection.  If you are selling tickets for your pARTy event, please note the registration deadline is 7 days prior to event. This allows the team to prepare for your event. On the day of your event, the Seaborn Art Studio pARTy team will arrive a bit early to set up. There is no additional charge for this. The amount of setup time required will vary pending on the pARTy.  Ticket sales can be done through the event host and or through the studio. Ticket sales through the studio may  be subject to an additional fee based on payment platforms such as Paypal or Square. Pending on pARTy size and other factors, the event duration may vary. pARTy bookings who know their set number of guests may be subject to a larger deposit at time of booking. This will be discussed at time of booking.

Travel and Fees

pARTies booked outside the local 50km range of the studio will be subject to a travel fee. pARTies with ticket sales/corporate bookings that are within the local travel range of 50km from the studio will require a min of 5 people for event to go ahead. pARties with ticket sales/corporate bookings  outside the local travel range of 50km require a min of 10 people for event to go ahead.

Advertisement and Photo Waivers

pARTy bookings may want  to use a Seaborn Art Studio image for their event, such as on invitations, poster, tickets, etc. Please submit your request for studio images and we can discuss options. Paint it Forward pARTies, Corporate pARTies, and pARTies who are hosting public events can choose from 3 marketing packages to help promote their event. Costs will vary for each package. This will be discussed in early4 stages of pARTy planning. Seaborn Art Studio respects the privacy of you and your guests. For this reason at time of a booking a link will be provided for your guests to complete an online photo waiver form. Paper forms are available for a small environmental fee if needed.


Payment for pARTies can be made at time of of registration or by the end of the event. In some cases events may require a higher deposit or full payment in advance. This would be for larger events, more customized celebrations. This will be discussed in the early stages of event planning. The studio accepts cash, EMT, debit/credit and Paypal. Cheques are not accepted.  Payments received after the 48hr grace period will be subject to a late fee. A $15.00 late fee will be applied to your outstanding balance every 48hrs. Gift cards cannot be used for pARTy payment.  pARTies will  be charged for number of guests confirmed at time of booking/or on the registration deadline date for pARTies selling tickets plus any additional guests should last minute registration be possible. If you booked a package for 10 people and only 8 arrive, you will be charged for the full amount. Additional guests have a set amount before moving to the next package bracket. For example you may book a package for 10 with an additional 5 guests. If you are expecting more than 5 you will be upgraded to the package for 20.

Deposits for bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new event , using the same package originally booked within 60 days of original scheduled date. To cancel please contact the studio. Purchases made online or via debit/credit may be subject to charges (related to payment platform such as Paypal, Square, etc).

Samples and Artwork

All art class samples, pARTy samples and other artwork are 100% generated from inspiration and the imagination of artist Sadie Jane. Exceptions apply to select Paint Like a Master classes. Inspired art work for commission art is also intellectual property of Seaborn Art Studio. These artworks for exclusively for the use of Seaborn Art Studio.  For this reason,  the art created at Seaborn Art Studio classes, events, pARTies, etc are created for educational and entertainment purposes and are not to be sold, leased, or distributed as a reproduction in any form. Any unauthorized use of these images is strictly prohibited.

Artist Conduct

Amigos are expected to follow directions, perform to the best of their abilities, and to respect others in the class. If necessary, parents,/guardians/caregivers will be informed of any behaviour that goes against these guidelines. The instructor reserves the right to dismiss any amigo(s) from the session depending upon the severity of the situation, without refund. Seaborn Art Studio holds the right to charge participants/participants legal guardians for any damages occured including expenses for time loss.  These classes have been creatively designed to be educational in a fun, approachable way. It is important that amigos be mindful that this is a class setting and all participants are present to learn and have fun.

Artist Clothing

Materials used in studio varies from class to class. It's always recommended that you wear something that can get a little (or a lot) messy.  Smocks are available for studio classes but it's encouraged that you also wear some old clothing dedicated to create art in. Be sure clothing is loose and comfortable to allow for movement. Parents/Caregivers please note after you leave, your child may not agree to wearing the smock, or removing clothing that may be ruined. For this reason it is the parent’s/caregiver’s responsibility to ensure your child arrives wearing clothing that can get messy. The studio is not responsible for any clothing, personal articles damaged during the creating process.


Seaborn Art Studio and its staff cannot be held responsible in any way for any damages or injuries incurred while on the property of the studio or while attending any Seaborn Art Studio related events. Studio guests and participants are to respect property boundaries, “no go zones”, and the studio’s Artist Conduct policy.

Seaborn Art Studio and its staff cannot be held responsible for any damage whatsoever that may result from an error or from information displayed on the website. In the event that such errors or information are discovered, the studio will notify amigos as quickly as possible. Please note that certain items and colours may be slightly different from the illustrations displayed on the website.


When registering for a class, pARTy, event, or even a contest, Seaborn Art Studio may require you provide personal information such as name, email, phone number, address, and possibly other information. This information is collected to better serve you and is only used by the studio. You have the option to provide your email to subscribe to the Painted News newsletter, and can opt out at any time, these details are included in each newsletter. Under no circumstances will Seaborn Art Studio disclose your personal information to its partners/and or other parties. It is important to know that at Seaborn Art Studio highly values its customers and will never sell its customer list or give your personal information to anyone.
